A corner for the kindred spirits that have come to step away from the noise of the mainstream
I'd like to say that i'm a music lover but I only like a very specific section of music, I like artists who aren't afraid to deliver something different from the proven formula to get popular, i respect them. Ever since i was a wee lad, i wanted music to be downloaded onto any device i would use, and that hasn't changed till date. I will always remember the reaction I had when I realized that not all people download music in a file format and keep it in their phones, that baffled me and to be truthful it still does. I. Can't. Use. Streaming services. I tried Spotify, YT Music, Apple Music, Tidal and many others but none ever lasted on my phone, I don't know why, maybe because I hated an algorithm dictating my choice of music I hear, or that downloads were almost always behind a monthly subscription which repulses me the most(I tried using modded and open source alternatives as well don't worry :)) If you do use these services I'm not criticizing you, just stating my opinions and distastes. I've never paid for music my entire life, been sailing the seas ever since I had internet, lad. The only time I ever paid for something related to this topic is a music player called Poweramp. Best purchase for listening to music I've ever made. It's so feature packed that I keep discovering new features and QOL shortcuts even today 2 years after it's purchase. Highly recommended. Here, I share some of my favorite tracks and albums for you, my taste in music is very vast for I've narrowed down my recommendations. pure auditory pleasure.
